What hair style will work for me?

Hello all.
For as long as I can remember, I've always kept my hair short, either getting a number 2 or 3 crew cut, or just a short trim in the winter. I used to hate when my hair grew out, not that long; however, I have let it grow out somewhat recently and it has not been bothering me. I am caucasion and I have blond hair, and I have decided I want to try out a different hair style. I suppose being a guy and always having my hair the same way is the reason I don't know much about having long hair, so I am asking for some suggestions from anyone as to some different styles that would look appropriate on me.
Thanks for your help.

try google. it greatly depends on your face shape, body shape and so on. I would ask a hair dresser. They would better know because they are trained, and can see what you look like to see what works with your face.

Grow a mullet. Oh wait, at your age, they'll pick on you for that worse than they do the rest of us when they see the pictures.

You live in the dorms dude. Why don't you ask some of the guys around what they think?
Find yourself a barber shop and treat yourself to a hairstyle about once a month if needed. The barber will set you up best.
VBarbers are popular again, and a shop would be easy to find I'll bet.
You can't tell a person what style would be best if you've never seen that person.
If you need more suggestions, or even help locating that barber let me know.

Fore is correct. Also, if you're overweight, don't grow your hair out as it only calls attention to size disparity between your head and body-size.

If you do keep growing it out, invest in some conditioner, and use that every time after you shampoo in the shower.

You know M you are absolutely right? I sat here thinking about that for a minute and it is dead on. Haven't actually figured it that way before.
